Course Information

Who Should Attend?

This course is suitable for personnel engaged in security or related services who are interested in pursuing the knowledge and skills for guarding supervision.

Joining Criteria

Participants should:
  • Have completed HKIOS’s “Certificate in Progressive Guarding (L2)” course; and
  • Possess not less than 2 years’ of experience in guarding or related services.

Assessment

Assessment will take place during the in-person session via:

  • A written examination (MC questions); and
  • Scenario-based exercises.


Certification

Participants who meet the following criteria will be awarded a “Certificate of Completion”.
  • Attaining 100% attendance in the In-person Section; and
  • Achieving a passing score of 60% or higher on course assessments (including written examinations and scenario simulations).

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
